Opportunity:
Addison Group is seeking a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant for a direct hire opportunity with a highly reputable specialty practice. This role is patient‑facing, offers variety, and provides exposure across multiple providers and clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
Room patients and assist providers during clinic visits Support in-office procedures and clinical workflows Relay lab results and respond to patient questions via phone Update patient charts, manage documentation, and organize referrals Perform prior authorizations as needed Float between providers and offer coverage where needed Assist with special projects assigned by leadership Qualifications Active CMA or RMA credential required At least 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant required Experience handling patient phone calls required Ability to explain procedures, injections, and clinical instructions clearly required Experience working in a specialty practice preferred Familiarity with NextGen EMR preferred Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
