Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM No Weekends or Holidays Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Our client, a busy Endocrinology Private Practice in Raleigh, NC, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Triage Medical Assistant to join their growing team.

Requirements:

Certified Medical Assistant:

Minimum 2 years of experience required

OR Non-Certified Medical Assistant:

Minimum 5 years of experience required Strong EMR experience Excellent patient care and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities:

Prepare patients for exams and appointments Take and document vital signs Perform fingersticks, A1c testing, and administer injections Update medications, pharmacy information, and medical histories in EMR Verify ordered labs have been completed and documented Assist providers with procedures as needed Prepare and clean exam rooms between patients Scan, fax, and upload documents into patient charts Enter new patient information and maintain accurate records Support patient flow to ensure timely appointments Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering a positive team environment
