Job Description Insight Global is seeking a skilled CMA to join their research and development site for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. This role involves conducting medical surveillance procedures such as spirometry, audiometric testing, vision testing, throat cultures, EKGs, and respirator fit testing, while ensuring quality outcomes and repeating tests as needed. It includes documenting patient data in both paper and electronic systems, performing venipuncture and drug screens, assessing injuries, providing first aid, and flushing eyes and ears. The position also supports clinical research by identifying candidates, setting up protocols, collecting specimens, and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Additional duties include calibrating medical equipment, attending team meetings, scheduling and monitoring appointments, managing clinic records, and providing administrative support.
