Job Description
NuSpine -Wake Forest is a locally owned and operated location of a national Chiropractic Franchise providing routine Chiropractic care and Hydrotherapy in a convenient and affordable atmosphere. The purpose of this position is to assist in the day to day operation of our NuSpine Chiropractic Franchise Unit. The candidate for this position should possess strong communication skills, some previous sales skills, have a professional appearance, and most importantly a very outgoing personality! Below you will find a description of some of the job duties to expect: The Clinic Assistant should be able to represent our office in a professional manner while performing a list of duties such as:
- Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls to all leads
- Keeps leads organized in spreadsheets and tracks all points of contacts
- Contacts leads via text, email, and phone call
- Books leads for Initial Exam Appointment
- Sends appointment reminders 24 hours prior to appointment
- Knowledgeable about NuSpine, Chiropractic, and able to answer all FAQs
- Able to explain that we are a private pay clinic and the use of third party financers is not allowed.
- Must know the pricing options and plans
- Displays great customer service
- Sample Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Social verbal and written communication skills required
- Functional computer skills required- Google suite basic programs
- Strong knowledge of computers
- Healthy minded people strongly preferred who believe in Chiropractic
- Previous Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Hours for this position are flexible but candidates must have weekday and Saturday availability during our office operating hours. We anticipate roughly 2-4 shifts totaling 18-20hrs
