The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and administrative support in urogynecology. This position requires a compassionate individual with strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform patient intake, including gathering medical history and vital signs Assist healthcare providers with examinations and procedures Administer medications as directed by physicians Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR systems) Provide medical administrative support, including managing patient flow Ensure compliance with medical terminology, ICD coding, and documentation standards Support patient service initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assist in patient care effectively Qualifications Certification as a Medical Assistant is required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary Familiarity with EHR systems and medical administrative tasks Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology Experience in any OBGYN office is preferred.
