Hours/Week Travel Experience:
Required Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Pathologist Assistant experience ASCP-PA Certification required Previous travel experience required Experience with Epic EMR Strong experience in surgical pathology and hospital clinical laboratory settings Required Skills Gross examination and dissection of large/complex specimens Gross examination and dissection of small biopsies Macroscopic description of anatomical features Tissue sampling for microscopic examination Preparation of tissues for histological processing Sectioning surgical pathology specimens Specimen fixation, receipt, and labeling Evisceration Adult and fetal autopsies Tumor triage Review of patient clinical information, imaging, and laboratory results Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree Specimen accessioning Frozen section preparation and staining Postmortem examinations Removal of brain and spinal cord Gross and microscopic photography
