Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team, and ensure the smooth operation of our Medical office environment. The position will include but not limited to; assisting Office/Operations Manager with daily tasks, acting as a float position to fill in where needed within the clinic, marketing, patient phone calls, and becoming a support person for the team as a whole. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and exhibit a professional demeanor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization by managing a wide range of administrative functions, coordinating schedules, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, practicing excellent phone etiquette and providing prompt, courteous customer support. Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors, managing office supplies, and ensuring a professional reception area. Coordinate office management activities to optimize workflow and improve overall efficiency while fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical duties and customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and data entry systems. Demonstrated ability to operate multi-line phone systems effectively while maintaining professionalism. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual fluency is preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively. Experience working as a receptionist or in medical/dental front desk roles is advantageous.
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
