We've been honored as the #1 Sleep Apnea Treatment provider in both the Omaha's Choice Awards and the Best of Omaha Awards for four consecutive years. We're proud to care for incredible patients and are deeply committed to helping every person who walks through our doors. We are currently seeking an assistant looking for something new and exciting. This role is a great fit for someone with a background in either medical assisting or dental assisting who is interested in the growing field of sleep medicine. Applicants should have experience in a clinical setting and be comfortable learning how to educate patients about sleep health and oral appliance therapy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with EHR/EMR systems is preferred. What you'll be doing: Talking with and educating patients Taking vitals and collecting jaw, teeth, and neck measurements Entering medical information into the system Assisting the doctor during patient visits What it takes to succeed in this role: A genuine interest in helping patients Strong teamwork skills Excellent computer skills and attention to detail An interest in learning about dental sleep medicine and sleep medicine Strong communication skills This is a full-time position with hourly pay ranging from $20-$24, based on experience. Benefits include paid vacation, 401(k), and health insurance. You'll also enjoy having most Fridays off.
Typical schedule:
Monday-Thursday:
8:00 AM - 5:30
PM Friday:
