Full-Time Join One of New Hampshire's Leading Orthopaedic Teams At New Hampshire Orthopaedic Center (NHOC), a division of Northeast Orthopaedic Alliance (NOA) , we're passionate about helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. We're looking for a compassionate, motivated Medical Assistant / Orthopaedic Technologist to become an integral part of our collaborative clinical team. Whether you're an experienced Orthopaedic Technologist or a Medical Assistant with orthopedic experience looking to expand your skills, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside respected orthopedic specialists while making a meaningful impact on patients every day. What You'll Do As a Medical Assistant / Orthopaedic Technologist, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care by: Assisting physicians with patient care, examinations, and in-office procedures Escorting patients to exam rooms, obtaining vital signs, and supporting patient flow Applying, adjusting, and removing casts, splints, braces, and other orthopedic devices Measuring and fitting patients for durable medical equipment (DME) Removing sutures and staples, changing dressings, and performing wound care using proper aseptic technique Preparing exam rooms, instruments, and supplies for clinical procedures Sterilizing instruments and maintaining clinical inventory Taking orthopedic measurements, including grip strength and leg length Drawing up medications for physician administration and verifying medication expiration dates Responding to patient messages and assisting with scheduling diagnostic testing Serving as a resource for orthopedic supplies, casting, splinting, and bracing techniques Supporting staff education and helping maintain clinical best practices across NHOC locations Participating in team meetings, training, and continuous learning opportunities Performing other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Medical Assistant certification or Orthopaedic Technologist experience preferred Previous orthopedic, surgical, or specialty practice experience is a plus Strong clinical and patient care skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care Why Join NHOC?
