Certified Medical Assistant

Job Summary Join our team at The AIM Clinic, a thriving integrative medical clinic dedicated to holistic wellness. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time medical assistant. The ideal candidate will be a people person with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others, and works well with others. Our clinic is high paced with a high standard for customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls Schedule and confirm appointments Check patients in and out Collect payments Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with administrative tasks as needed Lab draws Scheduling, check in and check out of patients including billing Monitoring email inbox and voicemail box Turnover of rooms between patients Managing patient documents Acting as communication liaison between patients and providers Assistance with clinical duties such as, blood draws, injections etc. Ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction Fulfilling patient orders for home delivery medications Oversight of inhouse supplement supply HBOT operator Other duties as assignment by supervisors Phlebotomy Medical receptionist duties Facilitate wellness center testing Email management

Qualifications:

Certified MA with at least 3 years of experience

REQUIRED

Experience with medical reception preferred Phlebotomy experience preferred Works well in a team setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented Self starter Proficiency in computer software, including electronic health records (EHR) systems Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Positive and professional demeanor
