Medical Assistant Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team. The role involves rooming patients, documenting all vital information, and scribing information for the provider. Additionally, the Medical Assistant will be responsible for cleaning and stocking the exam rooms and scheduling patient appointments. Responsibilities Room patients and document all vital information. Scribe information for the provider. Clean and stock the exam rooms. Schedule patient appointments. Assist with inventory count. Other duties as assigned. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of recent experience in a medical office in a similar capacity is preferred. MA Certification is preferred. In lieu of a MA certification, a Bachelor's or Associate's in a scientific discipline would be preferred. Proficiency in medical assisting and patient care. Knowledge of medical terminology. Experience working within a healthcare setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Exeter, NH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
