Medical Assistant

We are looking for two Clinical Fitters to join our team in Lebanon, NH!

Responsibilities:

Fit patients with orthopedic DME (OTS orthotics), deliver follow-up care, and educate patients on device use

• Conduct patient assessments and support treatment plans
• Maintain accurate charts, documentation, and physician-aligned care notes
• Ensure compliance with coding, documentation, and DME standards
• Handle billing paperwork, insurance verification, scanning, system updates, and administrative workflows
• Support operational, billing, and inventory needs as required.

Requirements:

Healthcare experience preferred (MA, Ortho-Tech, ATC, Clinical Fitter)

• We will train passionate candidates, but typically Medical Assistants and Athletic Trainers are most successful in this role
• Strong communication and patient-interaction skills
• Solid problem solving and sound decision-making ability
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and operate independently
• Willingness to learn, stay flexible, and work collaboratively.
