Responsibilities:
Fit patients with orthopedic DME (OTS orthotics), deliver follow-up care, and educate patients on device use.
  • Conduct patient assessments and support treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate charts, documentation, and physician-aligned care notes.
  • Ensure compliance with coding, documentation, and DME standards.
  • Handle billing paperwork, insurance verification, scanning, system updates, and administrative workflows.
  • Support operational, billing, and inventory needs as required.
Requirements:
Healthcare experience preferred (MA, Ortho-Tech, ATC, Clinical Fitter)
  • We will train passionate candidates, but typically Medical Assistants and Athletic Trainers are most successful in this role
  • Strong communication and patient-interaction skills.
  • Solid problem solving and sound decision-making ability.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and operate independently.
  • Willingness to learn, stay flexible, and work collaboratively.
