Full Job Description Description:
High School Graduate - Prefers graduation from Medical Assisting school 3 years office experience Strong organizational skills Effective communication skills Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) Working knowledge of office equipment Ability to work with confidential information
Requirements:
1. Provide full administrative and clerical support to the medical department 2. Handle incoming calls 3. Strong computer skills 4. Assist with credentialing 5. Maintain staff log 6. Schedule transports 7. Assist with billing 8. Scan medical files and respond to correspondence 9. Any/all other duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or delegated
