Our mission is to provide access to convenient, cost effective, and high quality healthcare services to people of all ages regardless of their socio-economic status, race, culture, gender, and religion backgrounds. We are currently looking for a Medical Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager, 14 hours/week, for our growing practice.
Hours are as follow:
12noon to 5pm on Mondays and 9am to 6PM on Thursdays. Our ideal candidate for this position must be fluent in English and Spanish. The responsibilities for this position may include and not limited to the following:
  • Answering and managing patients' phone calls
  • Performing insurance eligibility verification, prior authorization
  • Registering and scheduling patients appointments
  • Managing and coordinating provider schedules
  • Collecting and recording patients' payments
  • Rooming in patients
  • Scheduling patients' procedure Other qualifications and Specifications
  • Being at least 18 years of age-Using discretion while maintaining patient confidentiality
  • Having an unencumbered criminal record check from the New Hampshire department of safety
  • Being free of communicable disease(s)
  • Holding a healthcare provider CPR Education and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experiences in healthcare related employment preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills
