What You'll Do:

Monitor and ensure that the equipment is used properly by patrons and in the event of an emergency, the appropriate measures are adhered to Possess an understanding of the physiological basis of activity and instruct exercise according to American College of Sports Medicine guidelines Conduct group exercise classes, observing participants during exercise for adverse signs Respond to member inquiries, sign up new members, and give tours of the facility Contribute to general cleaning duties and disinfecting of equipment for health and safety reasons Ensure locker rooms are free from obstacles and appropriately stocked Coordinate outside resources to complete equipment repairs Complete and maintain reports for the Rehabilitation Director as necessary

BLS Certification Preferred:
