Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing medical and wellness practice. The CMA will support clinical operations, patient care, and administrative duties to ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties:
Prepare exam rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness for patient visits. Take and record vital signs, height, weight, and patient history. Assist providers with procedures (e.g., IV therapy setup, PRP, microneedling, weight loss injections). Administer medications and injections (within scope of practice and under NP/physician direction). Draw blood, prepare specimens for laboratory testing. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient charts in the EMR system. Educate patients on treatment protocols, aftercare, and wellness programs.
Administrative Duties:
Schedule patient appointments and manage intake forms. Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries. Verify insurance information (if applicable). Process payments and support subscription plan enrollment. Maintain inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and medications. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a medical, wellness, or medspa environment preferred. Phlebotomy strongly preferred. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems Excellent communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Compensation & Schedule Full-time:
