This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care by supporting both clinical and front office operations, all within a caring and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Greet and room patients, ensuring a welcoming experience Assist with scheduling appointments and answering telephones promptly Take patient vital signs accurately Perform phlebotomy and venipuncture procedures Administer vaccines and provide clinical support to the healthcare team Maintain effective communication with patients and staff to support seamless clinic flow Support front and back office functions as needed to enhance patient care delivery Required Skills Minimum of 1 year of medical assistant experience, including externships Strong computer skills and experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Ability to take accurate vital signs and perform phlebotomy/venipuncture Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members Attention to detail in clinical procedures and documentation Additional Skills & Requirements Medical Assistant certification strongly preferred Occupational health experience strongly preferred Experience administering vaccinations is a plus Ability to work an on-site schedule with specific lunch break times, including Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays Flexibility to work during scheduled dates, including July 2026 High school diploma or equivalent required Seize this opportunity to contribute to a healthcare environment where education and outreach are central to daily operations.
