Medical Assistant Aesthetics Practice

We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and takes pride in delivering elevated patient care. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role that requires a high level of professionalism and adaptability. Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-performance environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about aesthetics, with the ability to support providers seamlessly while maintaining a calm, professional presence. Candidates must be comfortable performing blood draws. Key Responsibilities Prepare and room patients, ensuring a smooth and elevated experience from start to finish Assist providers during aesthetic treatments, including injectables, laser procedures, and skincare services Set up and break down treatment rooms efficiently while maintaining strict cleanliness and infection control standards Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure all treatment areas are fully prepared for the day Capture and manage before/after photos in alignment with brand standards Maintain accurate and timely charting within EMR Support patient flow to keep the schedule running on time in a high-volume environment Provide post-treatment care instructions and ensure patients feel confident and informed Assist with front/back office coordination as needed to support overall team efficiency Qualifications Prior experience in a medical or aesthetics setting preferred Strong interest in medical aesthetics and skincare Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Professional, polished demeanor with strong communication skills Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused mindset What We Value A strong sense of accountability and pride in your work A calm, patient-first approach Efficiency without sacrificing experience or quality The ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead Why Join Exhibit Work alongside top-tier providers in a nationally recognized practice Be part of a high-performing, supportive team Opportunity to grow within a leading aesthetics brand Access to advanced treatments, education, and training Monday-Wednesday 9-7, Thursday 9-5, Friday 9-4, Occasional Saturdays
