Job Description

  • Aesthetic treatments and injectables
  • Preventative and functional health services We pride ourselves on delivering a white-glove patient experience, treating every patient like family, and creating life-changing results through education, support, and innovative treatments. Responsibilities
  • Administer injections and treatments as permitted
  • Accurately document patient information in electronic medical records
  • Educate patients on services and treatment plans
  • Answer phones, text messages, and patient inquiries
  • Maintain treatment rooms and clinical supplies
  • Assist with scheduling and patient follow-up
  • Provide exceptional customer service to every patient
  • Support both front-office and back-office operations as needed Qualifications
CERTIFIED
Medical Assistant (required)
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism
  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
  • Experience with injections is a plus
