Registered Medical Assistant

SpineSearch is working with a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-disciplinary medical practice looking for a dependable and versatile Clinical Assistant to join our growing team. This hybrid role includes both clinical and front office duties, offering a dynamic opportunity for those who enjoy working in a team-based, patient-focused environment. All staff are rotated between clinical and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties:

Triage patients, verify medical history, and confirm purpose of visit Perform vitals (height & weight) Prepare exam rooms and patients for physician evaluation Maintain medical supplies, inventory, and equipment functionality Request and organize medical reports prior to appointments Pre-triage patients and triage queue assignments

Front Office Duties:

Check patients in and out Prepare and update patient charts Assist with billing and insurance processes (basic knowledge required) Reschedule appointments and manage provider schedules Answer phone calls and provide patient support

General:

Support office flow with professionalism and accuracy Travel between office locations as needed for coverage and training Perform other tasks as assigned by physicians or managers Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a medical office environment Familiarity with EMR systems and medical terminology Experience with triage and patient care workflows Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent bedside manner and communication skills Willingness to travel for training and office coverage #

INDLP Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
