Certified Medical Assistant - Hazlet, NJ

We have an immediate opening for a Certified Medical Assistant at our Hazlet & Clark locations! Candidate must be flexible to work some evenings and weekends and cover another site close by. Our ideal candidate must be certified and have a minimum of 1 year experience plus experience in phlebotomy. Candidate must have good computer knowledge, great organizational skills, have a positive attitude and be a team player.

Responsibilities include:

Providing direct patient care, including triage, vital signs, blood draws and history. EKG/Spirometry/Audiometry knowledgeable. Filing and scanning of medical charts. Assist with office clerical job responsibilities. Greeting patients, answer phone and manage the front desk. Salary will commensurate with experience. We are open 365 days a year. Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends. Must have BLS/AED Certification. Must be a Nationally Certified CMA/RMA.

Locations:

Travel between Hazlet & Clark sites.

• National Certified Medical Assistant (verified through NCCT, National Center for Competency Testing) NRCMA
• Nationally Registered Medical Assistant (verified through the National Association for Health Professionals) .

Recent experience working as a Medical Assistant (within the last 5 years)
