Medical Assistant/Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Medical Assistant to join our growing practice. This position includes both front and back office duties. Billing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

Checking patients in and out Verifying, updating, and entering insurance information Escorting patients to exam rooms Assisting with back-office clinical and administrative duties Supporting billing and office operations

Requirements:

Professional, friendly, and reliable Strong communication and organizational skills Willing to learn and work as part of a team Ability to travel between our Jackson and Point Pleasant locations to cover for emergencies
