The Medical Assistant of Social Impact will be community-facing, which includes: attending community events where the individual will complete various health screenings, blood pressure, BMI, and blood draws. The CMA acts as a practice ambassador, contributing to overall patient experience, safety, and privacy. Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED Certifications and Licenses Required :
New Jersey Driver's License Medical Assistant Certification:
AAMA, AECA, AMCA, AMT, NAHP, NCCT, NCMA, or NHA Scheduling Requirements :
Day shift Monday - Friday Full-Time Night and Weekends hours are required Essential Functions :
Keep data on community events While in the community position, will promote and refer to hospital services When not attending community events, assist in Social Impact departments such as the JCMC Food Farmacy Duties will include assisting with food distribution, department intakes, stocking shelves, and interacting with patients Other duties as assigned Other Things to Know:
