Medical Assistant

Reflections Center for Cosmetic Medicine is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team of highly trained medical professionals. Our providers include board-certified cosmetic physicians, plastic surgeons, and experienced aesthetic specialists dedicated to delivering natural, results-driven care using advanced technologies and techniques. This role supports patient care and clinical operations in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and requires availability to work at both our Martinsville and Livingston locations. Key Responsibilities Cultivate a safe, secure, and professional environment for patients and team members while enhancing the overall quality of care Support provider-to-patient flow to ensure an efficient and productive office environment Assist in answering patient questions and addressing concerns before, during, and after treatment Accurately update and maintain electronic health records (EHR) Prepare treatment rooms with necessary injectables, devices, and supplies prior to appointments Assist providers directly during treatments and procedures Ensure all lasers and medical devices are properly prepared and functioning Escort patients to treatment rooms and review medical history to ensure accurate documentation Prepare patients for treatment, including blood draws, numbing, cleansing, photography, and consent collection Maintain complete and accurate patient records for clinical, billing, and provider review Monitor and restock medical supplies as needed Respond to patient calls, pharmacy refill requests, and prior authorizations in a timely manner Contribute to a positive patient experience and overall satisfaction

• One or more years of experience as a medical assistant at a healthcare facility
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of patient management software systems
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
