We are currently seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team full-time. This is a rotating office position , and candidates must be willing to travel between our New Jersey locations, including: Montclair, NJ Paramus, NJ Englewood, NJ Pompton Plains, NJ Reliable transportation is required.
Responsibilities:
Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for visits medical histories, and update patient records Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing Document accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) Maintain exam room cleanliness and stock supplies Coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments Deliver outstanding customer service and patient experience
Qualifications:
Medical Assistant certification preferred Minimum 1 year of medical assistant experience preferred Phlebotomy experience strongly preferred Experience with EMR systems Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude Must have reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between office locations YTH Wellness is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
