Job Description

Principal Accountabilities:
Supports physicians with patient care, maintains cleanliness and organization of all areas of the Chambers Medical Clinic per Chambers Center Policies and Procedures. This includes, but is not limited to: Supporting physicians with treatment plans: Chart prep, chiropractic care modalities Room patients and take vital signs, such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height, and records information in patients' charts. Asks patients questions regarding injury, ailment, or reason for visit. Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients. Cleans and sterilizes all equipment used, including beds and consultation areas. Removes laundry from treatment room when needed and at end of shift to bring to laundry room Supports clients/patients receiving Thermal Suite services. This includes, but is not limited to: Greeting guests arriving for thermal services, checking them into and out of services appropriately. Trains and operates BioMat and Cryosauna according to policy and procedure, following all safety requirements. Supports in thermal suite and locker rooms with linen removal to laundry area. Utilizes MindBody Software to oversee client schedules and document client SOAP notes as needed Works well with other service areas to ensure a high level of guest service. Assists guests in a courteous and polite manner. Communicates to management all occurrences involving staff or guests in the Center that require attention. Reports any repairs to management. Other duties as assigned High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency preferred. Epic knowledge preferred. Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Medical Assistant program required National Certification CCMA from:
NHA, AAMA, NAHP, ARMA, AMT, AMCA, or NCCT Competencies:
Must be able to be on feet for most of the shift Individual must be customer and employee focused Positive attitude Strong work ethic; detail oriented and has the ability to multi-task Willingness and capability to learn new tasks regularly Ability to work without constant direct supervision Possess strong teamwork and collaborative skills Demonstrates all aspects of hospitality, professionalism, and customer service
