• We Train)Overview Restore Soft Tissue & Spine is a growing hands-on soft tissue and spine clinic focused on helping people overcome chronic pain when nothing else has worked.

We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and reliable Clinical Assistant to join our team. No medical background is required — we will train the right person. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable with hands-on interaction, and wants to make a real difference in patients' lives. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and help them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive Bring patients back and gather information about how they're feeling that day Assist the provider during treatment by helping move patients' limbs when needed Take notes and document sessions accurately Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment Schedule appointments and assist with basic administrative tasks Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients throughout their visit Who We're Looking For Comfortable touching people and interacting with patients in a hands-on setting Friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable using a computer and able to type efficiently Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn Compassionate and empathetic — able to make people feel heard and cared for Passionate about helping people overcome chronic pain and improve their quality of life Requirements No medical degree or certification required Must be comfortable in a hands-on clinical environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and punctuality Schedule This is a part-time position averaging 15.5 hours per week with a consistent weekly schedule:

Monday:

10:30 AM

• 6:15

PM Wednesday:

10:30 AM
