Job Description

Job Overview Fast-paced dermatology office looking for
FULL TIME
medical assistants to join our team. Certification not required. This is not a summer position. Duties Perform thorough intakes and collect medical histories Assist providers with procedures; medical, cosmetic and surgeries. Prepare exam rooms by ensuring all necessary supplies are ready for patient visits Manage electronic health record systems efficiently to document patient encounters accurately and update medical records in real-time Answer phones and triage patient requests. Requirements The right candidate will be a team player, maintain composure under pressure, and have the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Open availability Monday-Friday; shifts include a mix of early morning and evening hours. Confident using ipads and laptops. Please submit your resume if interested. Only serious applicants.
