PM Job Description:
Prepared patients for provider examinations in a high-volume outpatient clinic by escorting them to exam rooms and ensuring readiness for appointments. Collected and accurately documented vital signs, patient measurements, and clinical information within the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Conducted medication reconciliation and obtained pertinent medical history and intake information to support patient care. Maintained up-to-date patient records by documenting chief complaints, visit details, and relevant health information in the EMR. Managed daily patient flow, supporting approximately 15 patients per day while ensuring timely room turnover and efficient scheduling. Sanitized and restocked examination rooms between visits in accordance with infection prevention and safety protocols. Provided patients with visit-related information and updates, delivering professional and compassionate customer service. Collaborated closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to facilitate smooth clinic operations and optimize patient care delivery. Supported overall clinical workflow by maintaining organized processes, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring efficient patient throughput.
