Traveling Front Desk/Medical Assistant

We are seeking a Traveling Front Desk/ Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support within our South Jersey territory. This role is essential in ensuring that patients receive the best possible care in a welcoming and efficient environment. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Maintain accurate patient records and files, ensuring confidentiality in accordance with health information management standards. Understand medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients regarding care plans and medical inquiries. Provide clinical support to provider(s) as needed. Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient service and support. Experience Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Previous experience in medical assisting role is preferred. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Familiarity with medical administrative support systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing patient files and records. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Requirements Willingness to travel throughout South Jersey territory. This includes Princeton, Plainsboro, Tinton Falls, and Toms River locations.
