Medical Assistant

We are a private pediatric practice seeking to hire a part time or full time Medical Assistant with some front desk responsibilities for our Westfield, NJ office. Our medical assistants are responsible for getting patients ready for the provider, measuring heights and weights of babies, children and teens on non-digital scale, taking manual vital signs (blood pressure, pulse and respiratory rate), drawing up immunizations, administering nebulizer treatments, and assisting the physician as needed. Ability to take manual blood pressure is required! Clerical duties include completing health forms, validating insurance, scheduling appointments and checking in patients .
