You'll provide excellent patient service, assist with billing, and support clinic operations. Schedule appointments & verify insurance eligibility Assist patients with registration & billing inquiries Process referrals & prior authorizations for procedures Ensure smooth patient check-in/out & collect payments Provide outstanding patient service in person & over the phone
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication & multitasking skills Detail-oriented with a patient-first approach Ability to adapt to new software & workflows Experience in medical office preferred but not required
