Job Description

Job Overview Medical Assistant (Full-Time) Las Cruces, NM Kidney Consultants of New Mexico is seeking a motivated, dependable Medical Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, values excellent patient care, and is willing to cross-train to support multiple aspects of clinic operations.

Entry-level:
approximately $16•17/hour .
Certified MAs with experience:
approximately $18•19/hour . Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vital signs Perform medication reconciliation Document patient information accurately in the EMR Assist providers with patient care and clinical workflow Coordinate labs, referrals, and patient follow-up as needed Support clinic operations through cross-training and teamwork Qualifications Medical Assistant experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced specialty clinic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and strong work ethic EMR experience preferred We pride ourselves on maintaining a positive workplace culture with supportive coworkers, efficient workflows, and a healthy work-life balance.
