Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide patient support by scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and providing follow up care.
• Assist healthcare providers with patient care by taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and explaining procedures to patients.
• Other eyecare industry specific tasks as trained and required.

Skills:

• Proficient in medical administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assist healthcare providers in patient care.
• Excellent patient service and communication skills to provide compassionate care and address patient concerns.
• Competent in medication familiarity to ensure proper documentation.
• Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs.
• Basic life support certification preferred
