Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) to support clinic operations in an administrative-focused role. This position works closely with providers and patients, with an emphasis on documentation, coordination, and clinic support, along with essential clinical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Support providers during clinic visits and patient rounds Conduct patient intake, including taking and recording vital signs Maintain accurate patient documentation and update treatment plans as directed Verify insurance coverage and manage prior authorizations Coordinate with pharmacies regarding medications Support overall clinic operations and patient flow Perform limited clinical tasks, including preparing/administering injections as needed

Required Qualifications:

Active CMA or RMA license (license number required for hospital credentialing) Strong computer and technology skills (Microsoft Office, Google tools) Attention to detail with comfort in administrative-heavy workflows Ability to work efficiently in a clinical setting
