This vital role combines front-office responsibilities with clinical support, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient experiences. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing welcoming service while assisting healthcare providers with clinical tasks. We are seeking a motivated individual eager to grow within a fast-paced, patient-centered environment that values professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures with professionalism and enthusiasm Schedule appointments, confirm patient information, and manage electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently Assist healthcare provider with clinical duties including taking vital signs, recording patient histories, and preparing exam rooms Perform basic clinical procedures such as phlebotomy, injections in accordance with protocols Ensure accurate documentation of patient interactions using EMR/EHR systems and medical terminology entries Support medical office management by maintaining supplies, organizing files, and managing patient intake forms Provide exceptional patient service by addressing questions, coordinating follow-up care, and ensuring comfort throughout visits Experience Previous experience preferred, but not required needs medical assistance certification Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems and electronic health records management Knowledge of basic medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, pharmacology is helpful Clinical skills such as phlebotomy, medication administration and vital signs collection required Familiarity with emergency medicine procedures and Geriatrics or Medical-surgical settings is a plus This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated healthcare team committed to delivering outstanding patient care.
