The MA will have an active role in the sales process and must have the ability to upsell and generate revenue. . Key Performance Indicators Reach sales goals as set by Spa management Core Functions Welcomes clients by greeting them in person Verify client information regarding medical history Assit Explaining treatment procedures to patients Preparing patients for examinations Assisting the Provider's during consultations Preparing and administering shots, including by intramuscular, intradermal, and subcutaneous injections—as directed by a physician or other licensed provider (e.g., a nurse practitioner or physician assistant) Assist Provider with Sales of services and products Be knowledgeable on all products and procedures that are offered in the office, including skincare products Obtaining client before and after photos
