Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are stocked with necessary supplies
- Update and maintain patient records and medical documentation
- Schedule appointments and assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
- Provide medical administrative support, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Follow proper infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a hospital or medical setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic life support procedures
- Familiarity with physiology and anatomy
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent patient care
- Proficiency in medical administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
