Our full-time Medical Assistant opportunity in busy outpatient specialty clinic supporting nephrology and endocrinology providers in team-based environment. Role combines clinical and front desk responsibilities in stable outpatient setting with Epic EMR usage and consistent weekday schedule. This position offers structured hours and a patient-focused, collaborative culture.

Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; no Fridays, no weekends, no call requirements Competitive compensation: $19-$22 per hour (DOE) Full-time permanent opportunity Outpatient specialty practice setting Epic EMR utilized in daily workflow Collaborative, team-based provider environment Consistent weekday schedule

Key Responsibilities:

Room patients and obtain vitals and intake information Assist providers during patient visits Manage front desk duties including scheduling and patient flow Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR Support day-to-day clinical and administrative operations Provide professional and compassionate patient care

Qualifications:

1+ year of Medical Assistant experience preferred, with front desk and Epic EMR experience strongly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting Team-oriented, dependable, and able to support both clinical and administrative responsibilities
