The ideal candidate will be motivated, must have excellent patient care and triage skills, energetic, requires attention to detail, being able to communicate well, must be able to work efficiently while maintaining professionalism, a good organizations skills, being a positive and teachable team player, bilingual in Spanish and passionate about delivering the highest quality of care to our patients. MUST have prior experience, and you must have reliable transportation.
Qualifications:
Certified Medical Assistant (Required) Vital signs: 1 year (Required)) Bilingual speaking Spanish (Required)
Responsibilities:
Take patient vitals Restock medical supplies / Keep room nice and tidy Familiar with EMR (NextGen) but will train the right person Assisting with patient registration, patient flow, charting, patient exams Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Computer knowledge and ability to use essential technology Ability to effectively communicate. Verifying insurances, filing and photocopying documents Scheduling appointments. Promptly answering phone calls and returning missed phone calls Maintain office cleanliness Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations including
