In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient care, support clinical operations, and assist healthcare providers across diverse medical settings. Your expertise will help ensure smooth clinic workflows, accurate documentation, and compassionate patient interactions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly impact patient outcomes and overall clinic efficiency. Duties Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories, updating personal information, and verifying insurance details Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates with precision and professionalism Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding throughout the process Support clinical staff with procedures including medication administration, X-ray assistance, and basic wound care when appropriate Document patient information accurately in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations Perform basic laboratory tasks such as specimen collection and processing to facilitate diagnostic testing Manage medical supplies inventory, restock exam rooms, and ensure a sterile environment for all clinical activities Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant credential from an accredited program is required Proven experience in outpatient clinics or hospital settings, preferably with exposure to dermatology, urgent care, or internal medicine Familiarity with EHR systems and medical administrative support functions such as appointment scheduling and patient follow-up BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required to ensure readiness for emergency situations Join us to make a difference in patients' lives by delivering compassionate care with precision and professionalism.
