In this vital role, you will provide supportive clinical and administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment for patients while supporting healthcare providers with essential tasks. We will train you until you feel comfortable till you feel you can independently work. Duties Prepare examination rooms and ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are ready for patient visits Prepare charts as needed, and preparing patients for procedures Prior authorization calling insurance for updates Provide patient education on medication instructions, follow-up care, and health maintenance strategies Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and handling insurance documentation Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards throughout all clinical activities Support front desk operations by greeting patients, answering questions, and managing check-in/check-out procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a completion Medical Assistant program preferred Proven experience in a clinical setting or healthcare environment is advantageous Strong knowledge of medical terminology, basic clinical procedures, and infection control practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with diverse patient populations Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer skills Embark on a rewarding career where your skills contribute directly to improving health outcomes.
