DECON Is the largest private endocrinology practice in Northern Nevada - a physician-owned practice with 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers with two beautiful office locations in Reno and Sparks. DECON offers cutting edge endocrine care to patients with warmth and affection in a vibrant family style work environment. The Medical Assistant will have an opportunity to practice and grow in a cordial and collegiate work environment. Duties This position is responsible for assistance in providing endocrinology care along with back office support. You would be expected to accurately and reliably assist in rooming patients, obtaining vitals, greeting patients with warmth and establish a good bond with patients and peers, return patients messages, assist with prior authorizations, injection teaching visits and attend to prescription refills as needed. Qualifications Must be a licensed Medical Assistant in the state of Nevada Experience with eCw(E-clinical works EMR) preferred but not required.
