In this position, you will support physicians and healthcare providers through a combination of clinical and administrative responsibilities that promote efficient clinic operations and outstanding patient experiences. You will contribute directly to streamlined patient flow, precise documentation, and compassionate service. Responsibilities Conduct patient intake by gathering comprehensive medical histories, verifying personal information, and updating electronic health records (EHR). Prepare patients for examinations and procedures by explaining processes, positioning them appropriately, and ensuring comfort throughout their visit. Accurately document clinical encounters in the EHR system to support high-quality, coordinated care. Manage medical supply inventory, maintain sterilization protocols, and ensure clinical spaces remain clean and compliant with safety standards. Assist with dermatologic procedures such as skin biopsies, excisions, and cosmetic treatments including Juvederm and Botox. Support patients in obtaining coverage for biologic medications and specialty services. Deliver exceptional patient service by answering questions, providing guidance, and coordinating follow-up care. Experience Previous experience in dermatology, hospital medicine, urgent care, or outpatient clinical settings is highly desirable but not required. Familiarity with EHR systems for documentation and scheduling is preferred but not mandatory.
