The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clerical support. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office . Duties Maintain accurate patient records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with medical terminology Medical administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries. Qualifications Previous experience in a medical assistant role or similar position is preferred; Familiarity with medical terminology, intake processes, and vital sign assessment is essential. Proficiency in EHR systems, Medent preferred, for effective documentation and patient management. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while providing excellent patient service. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff members. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Pay:
$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
