We're currently looking for Certified Medical Assistants and Medical Receptionists to support our Commack ambulatory hub.

Certified Medical Assistant Qualifications:

Completion of a NYS-accredited Medical Assistant program. High School Diploma or GED required. Current BLS certification (AHA, in-person only). National MA certification preferred. Proficiency in phlebotomy, EHR systems, clinical procedures, and aseptic technique. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Medical Receptionist Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree or completion of a related specialty program in an accredited school is preferred. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Excellent interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication skills to enhance population specific service, team collaboration and analytical problem solving Knowledge of medical terminology desirable Can multitask and work efficiently Able to use, maintain and troubleshoot office equipment •If you are unable to interview on May 14th, we encourage you to apply to this posting be considered for future opportunities.
