Medical Assistant/Receptionist

Job Summary Looking for an MA/receptionist to join our growing practice. The Medical Assistant will help with both clinical and administrative duties, helping ensure smooth daily operations within the medical office. Phone calls, scheduling, prior authorizations are some of the responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with check-in procedures using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Manage appointment scheduling, patient intake processes, and follow-up communications to optimize clinic flow. Handle administrative duties including answering phones, managing patient records, verifying insurance information, and coordinating referrals or lab orders. Skills Knowledge of medical terminology Experience in clinic terminology Familiarity with EHR systems for documentation and scheduling; proficiency in managing patient data efficiently. Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
