Your proactive approach will ensure smooth operations by assisting with patient intake, vital signs, medical documentation, and basic procedures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare experiences. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures, including collecting medical histories and verifying insurance information. Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates accurately. Prepare patients for examinations or procedures by explaining processes and ensuring comfort. Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems efficiently by documenting patient encounters and updating medical histories. Provide exceptional patient service by addressing questions, offering reassurance, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere throughout the patient journey. Experience Prior experience working in pediatric office settings is highly desirable. Demonstrated proficiency with EHR systems and medical terminology across outpatient and inpatient environments.
