Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and stocked. Manage patient records and update information in electronic health systems. Perform basic laboratory tests and administer medications as directed. Schedule appointments and coordinate patient follow-ups efficiently. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Communicate effectively with team members and support staff.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred. 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting is a plus. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, eClinicalWorks a plus Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to patient care. Current CPR certification is required.
